As of August 2024, all courses in the Pantry of Knowledge (POK) and Foodservice 101 can now be used for your CFSP credit requirements. MAFSI now provides our members and all allied members with two fantastic easy and inexpensive ways to broaden your knowledge and attain your CFSP credits in one place.

 

CFSP Credit Breakdown

  • Courses that total between 1-4 hours will earn 1 CFSP credit. Courses that total 4+ hours will earn 2 CFSP credits.
  • Once the course is completed, turn in your POK or FS101 Certificate to NAFEM to receive your credits using CFSP's procedures for submission. 
  • There is no limit of the number of courses from the Pantry of Knowledge you can turn in for credit.
