The MAFSI M-Chef Collective is the only special interest group dedicated to Rep Firm Chefs, setting the standard for excellence in culinary skills and knowledge. It’s designed to support culinary professionals working in rep firms by providing access to tailored education, shared resources, and a community of peers who understand the unique challenges and opportunities of the rep chef role.
Only MAFSI Member Rep Chefs who have professional culinary experience can join the M Chef Collective.

Our M Chef Certification Program is the only certification for MAFSI Rep Firm Chefs, setting the standard for excellence in culinary skills and knowledge. Our group of cuisine professionals have created something that will change our industry's culinary support forever.
The MAFSI M-Chef Collective offers a path for professional advancement through three levels of certification: 1-Star, 2-Star, and 3-Star. This drives personal growth, rep firm profitability, and customer and job satisfaction.The three levels of M Chef Certification level have written and practical exams as well as a comprehensive prerequisite system that considers previous culinary experience.
