Meet your National Leadership Team
Meet the captains of our ship. They're big picture thinkers with can-do attitudes, that are positively infectious. They push MAFSI and our members to be the best, by reaching outside our membership to solve issues that affect our entire industry.
From start to finish, they're the strategy team that provides the guidance and expertise that makes MAFSI the 2nd largest rep association in North America.
MAFSI allows reps to actively participate in shaping the industry. Being in a room with colleagues learned experiences forming the industry and making a difference.
A constant source of education, being on the board is a thrill. Value is what she gets to bring back to her colleagues, keeps her company strong.
MAFSI provides me with an avenue to connect with my peers around the country, and especially within our WI Chapter, to discuss the highs and lows of our industry and how it is changing right before our eyes.
My company has prospered as a member of MAFSI for over 34 years. During that time MAFSI has been a steady force offering industry guidance, education and comradery with like minded individuals. In those early days and throughout my career, having MAFSI in our corner, not only helped launch my company in a positive direction, but also helped us get to where we are today.
For the past two decades, I have seen how MAFSI synergizes our Rep community, bringing us together with the goal of strengthening and enhancing our valuable role in the Foodservice Industry.
MAFSI is a focused trade group where businesspeople with common goals can network and learn together.
MAFSI is valuable to me because it gives my rep firm a platform to share with, and learn from our peers about everything from solutions, to opportunities, and problems that we all have in common.
MAFSI brings together a community of individuals with the common purpose of improving our organization and our business with camaraderie, loyalty, and intelligence.
I believe the most important part of our Industry is our ability to build relationships. MAFSI is part of that strong Foundation that allows us to continue to develop these relationships across Manufacturers and Reps.
Support of MAFSI reinforces the strength of independent sales representatives in the sales process, and provides all members with opportunities to learn, and contribute to, best practices. MAFSI helps its members grow.
MAFSI reps bring the most value to our manufacturers and customers due to the collaborative efforts across territory boundaries. This is shown in the broad contribution of data for the Mafsi barometer and the coming together to share best practices and resources in an ever changing industry.
MAFSI not only gives me the opportunity to help strengthen the value and skill set of reps nationwide but also allows me to learn from my peers and bring that knowledge back to my business.
MAFSI continuously invests in our future to ensure that foodservice rep agencies have access to fantastic programs and unique services which provide long-term benefits to its members and our industry at large. Furthermore, involvement with MAFSI can foster quality relationships with industry peers who often become valued mentors and allies.
MAFSI is a valuable platform for manufacturer reps to discuss best practices, talk about new trends and develop relationships throughout our industry.
MAFSI is valuable because I believe it unites some of the best talents in the industry. It promotes a work environment where we continuously strive to improve ourselves and our rep firms.
Being associated with MAFSI demonstrates your desire to operate at the highest level of professionalism and has definitely brought opportunities to our firm.
MAFSI is valuable to me because I enjoy talking and hearing how others in the industry are approaching their territory, businesses and the industry as a whole. MAFSI is an organization that allows this on a large scale, and I am thrilled to be a part of it.
